Academy Award winner Jennifer Connelly (“A Beautiful Mind”) stars as ‘Dahlia’, a single mom trying to make a brand new start in life with her young daughter ‘Ceci’. But her creepy apartment building on Roosevelt Island at the edge of New York City provides little refuge.
