This live-action epic adventure, based on the C.S. Lewis masterpiece, follows the journey of four children who have been sent out of World War 2 London to the country home of an old professor. It’s here during a game of hide and seek that Lucy Pevensie stumbles upon a magnificent wardrobe where she discovers the magical hidden world of Narnia. Eventually all the children walk into this enchanted world inhabited by mythological creatures and talking animals. But Narnia has fallen under the icy spell of a mad sorceress and a winter that never ends. Now aided by the mystical lion Aslan, the four children will discover their own strength and lead Narnia into a spectacular battle to be free of the Witch’s enslavement in this touching tale about courage, hope and the power of family. Directed by Andrew Adamson (“Shrek” and “Shrek 2”)
